Rise early this morning to view the dramatic sunrise at Angkor Wat, the magnificent 12th century temple built during the reign of King Suryavarman II. After a short drive to the temple, make your way to a serene viewpoint in time for the magical moment when the first rays of the morning sun kiss the beautiful temple. Then, accompanied by your guide, explore the temple in the early morning, before the large tour bus crowds and admire the intriguing bas reliefs which include depictions of the king in battle and images of Apsara dancers around the structure's five famous towers. After enjoy the sunrise, you will return to hotel for your lovely breakfast
Please note: Please dress appropriately when visiting temples and religious sites. Shoulders and knees should be covered (no short skirts or short trousers). Bakan Tower, inside Angkor Wat, is closed on Buddhist Sabbath days, religious holidays and various days in the lunar calendar. For safety reasons, children under 12 are not permitted to climb up Bakan Tower.
